These terms govern your use of navoris.online, operated by DIVISTAR s.r.o. (identified in full in our legal notice). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is

Navoris is an editorial website publishing articles and explainers about consumer security software. Access is free. There is no registration, no account and no login. We do not sell anything and we take no payment from readers.

2. Commercial links

Some links are affiliate links and are labelled partner link wherever they appear. Following one takes you to a third-party seller. If you buy there, that seller pays us a commission. This does not increase your price.

Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that seller, subject to that seller's terms, prices, delivery conditions, renewal terms and refund policy. We are not a party to it, we do not act as the seller's agent, and we cannot take an order, process a payment, cancel a subscription or issue a refund. Direct all such requests to the seller.

3. Accuracy and the limits of what we publish

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we date every article. Even so, product specifications, plan contents, prices and promotional terms change constantly and without notice to us. Information here may be out of date by the time you read it.

Where anything on this site differs from the manufacturer's or seller's own current published information, that information prevails and should be relied upon instead of ours. Always check the specification and the price on the seller's page before buying.

Our content is general information. It is not professional security, legal, tax or financial advice, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and it creates no advisory relationship between us.

4. No guaranteed outcome

No security product prevents every attack. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that using a particular product will keep you, your devices or your data safe. We make no guarantee of any result.

5. Intellectual property

All text, design, diagrams and illustrations on this site are the original work of DIVISTAR s.r.o. and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not republish whole articles, or reuse our diagrams, without our written permission.

Trademarks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. See the legal notice for the full trademark statement.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its server, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other readers. Do not use our content to create misleading or fraudulent material.

7. External links

We link to external sites, including sellers and independent testing laboratories. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on our content or from your dealings with a third-party seller. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory statutory right you have as a consumer.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any article at any time. We may amend these terms; the version published here, with the date at the top, is the one in force. Material changes to an article are noted on the article itself.

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking of any kind. What little is processed, and why, is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. This does not deprive a consumer resident in another EU member state of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of that state.
